Vigantol

Vigantol este de fapt vitamina D si din cate am inteles ma va chinui ani de zile :P Pana la 7 ani sa ii dau aceste picaturi.
Dar ce este vitamina D?

Vitamina D nu este de fapt o vitamina deloc, este un hormon care are rolul de a intari organismul. La copii, se da anti rahitism.
De unde altundeva pot primi vitamina D? Citesc un articol despre vitamina D, de ce e buna si mai ales de unde vine :)

If you eat a varied diet and get some sun (about 20 minutes a day, unfiltered by sunscreen) then you are probably getting all the Vitamin D you need from these sources. Even if you aren't getting enough Vitamin D from sunlight, though, you probably don't need a vitamin supplement, according to the Institute of Medicine. You need some Vitamin D-rich foods.

Salmon has by far the most Vitamin D of any food.

Half a fillet of sockeye salmon has more than 1,400 iu of Vitamin D – more than twice as much as most people need in a day. Apoi tonul.
'Sole' si asta e peste, stiu ca am mancat in luna de miere, in Creta, dar nu stiu pe romaneste. Ce naibii, numa' pestii au vitamina D? :P
Aha, si laptele, si cerealele. apoi se pot si face cereale cu lapte :)
