that should teach you, never ask some lazy person from an NGO to do some work, say, make a phonecall for example, because as an association people tend to listen to you more than if you are just some person:

what was it all about? well:
Last night, very late, I was talking to Liliana on messenger, she said she is very stressed, for days now some crazy lady threatens to poison some puppies, I have read that on a group too but it didn't come to mind it is not solved, she kept on an on how much pain that means and how it would have been easier to be hit by a car and all details, made me wanna scream, she said it is too late, today they die, I said please, please if you think pet hope listens to you, they have many lawyers! in their group, founding members that started their group, it just takes an effort to scare that crazy woman, it is true the legislation exists, she might even be charged, i know people usually get away with it but in theory they don't, imagine a lawyer telling her that, she'd back off, I am sick and tired they don't do just this much, make a phonecall, a visit to the crazy person, intimidate, they keep on and on they have no place to take so many pups, maybe a talk would do the job. But she didn't understand, my Lili. So I had to say it... and you can see the reply above, at the beginning of this post!
well well it's about time I take all the bad things they do and write them down just that people who think they should help them, spare themselves the effort, I just have to find a bit of time :) I will.
update: pups were taken by a nice lady (non- ngo), in foster!
