Ciorba de burta falsa - Pleurotus soup

 Ingredients:
Ciuperci Pleurotus 400 g - Morcov - 1 big carrot, 1 buc mare - ceapa - 1 big onion,1 buc mare
Ulei - 3 tablespoons oil, 3 linguri
Smantana - Cream 200 g, 1 Galbenus de ou - 1 yolk
Piper, sare - salt & pepper
Apa - Water
1500 ml
Usturoi (catei) Garlic 2 buc

Se curata morcovul si se da pe razatoarea mica. Na tin sa spun ca asta a mers GREU asa ca fara entuziasm sa fac asta am lasat pauza sa citesc ce mai trebe, evident si ceapa urma sa fie tocata marunt, apoi tot asta calit in apa si ulei. pai hmm, am taiat morcovul cubulete si ceapa si am pus apa si toate astea in blender, 2 secunde, ura! Apoi am calit 5 minute separat si mi-am vazut de treaba, am pus totul in cele 1500l apa cu ciupercile si am fiert 25 de minute. Urma usturoiul si un galbenus cu smantana si cateva polonice de supa, tot blender a fost soarta lor, si turnat incetisor sa nu se taie. Ah, am pus sare si piper alb uitasem, alb ca nu e asa iute, atat tot :)

Soooo, you cut the carrot real small or blend it with the onion, I had no big carrot so I used 3 small, I add water to blend good and than put in a pan with oil, hardened it , fried it a bit, pour over water with salt, white pepper and mushrooms, boiled 25 minutes, than took a little soup blend with the yolk and cream and garlic which I poured back in slowly and, well that was it.
